These cookies take all the favorites of bananas, chocolate chips, and oatmeal.
To achieve that airy goodness, I split the flour. Regular all purpose flour along with bread flour. It gives it that extra oomph you’re looking for in a cookie.

The classic chocolate chip cookies with a twist, bananas and oatmeal.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium bowl combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda, salt.
- In a large separate bowl, combine your softened butter and sugar. Beat until well combined.
- Once beat, add in your bananas, vanilla and eggs. Once combined, mix in your chocolate chips.
- Add your dry ingredients from your medium bowl into your large bowl of wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Spray baking pan and spoon out cookies onto pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or just until edges start to brown.
- Remove from pan and set on wire cooling rack and enjoy.
